Joining The Team:
Our team is made up of Assistants aged 16-19 years, Stylists - Full and Part Time as well as Managers, Educators and Receptionists. Everyone receives ongoing education both inside and outside of the salon regardless of their wealth of experience. You may have noticed from our price list that the more experience a stylist has, the more they charge so when they reach specific targets, they are awarded with a promotion.

Training and Beyond:
The opportunities are endless and all come with very positive rewards. After working your way up through the stylist ranks and maybe trying other things along the way such as stock control or events coordinating, you may wish to join the management or education team.

• You could become a long hair or colour specialist or even open your own salon through our partnership programme that our Boston salon was opened through. The opportunities are not just within the salon.
• You could also become an educator for Salon Success and travel the world as a member of Task Force who teach other young hairdressers how to offer a 'wow' service to clients.
• You could become a member of the Paul Mitchell Art Team and educate thousands of hairdressers on all practical aspects of the industry.
• From this, you could then be chosen to join the elite PAC team which you may have seen pictures of Pep, Rocco and Katy teaching on stage at various events worldwide. They and their work have been featured in many national magazines which creates a massive buzz in the salons and gives them a huge sense of achievement.

Although we have no current vacancies for qualified stylists or receptionists, we always look through all applications and in some cases do make exceptions for the right candidates.
